Discover practical strategies to cultivate a holistic approach to wellness which support families and foster a thriving environment for personal growth and learning success.
The workshop provides attendees with:
- an understanding of the concept of holistic wellness, specifically in the context of family learning experiences, including the interconnection of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
- practical and actionable strategies to seamlessly integrate health and wellbeing practices which support families and foster a thriving environment
- tools to support families to create a thriving family environment where the integration of health and well-being contributes positively to the overall growth and success of each family member
