Summary

Win a Play Food Bundle by submitting an entry on the Campaign for Learning landing page.

Eligibility

Entrants must not be employed by, or be in the immediate family of a person who is employed by Campaign for Learning or Jaques of London

Entrants must be 16 years old or over.

Entrants must be UK residents.

Entry

One entry per person is permitted.

Entrants must complete the submission form on the Campaign for Learning website using the link provided

Entrants must enter between 9am 19/10/2021 and 11.59pm on 31/10/2021. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

The draw

One winner will be chosen at random on 01/11/2021 and will informed by email on the same day.

The prize

The prize is a Play Food Bundle supplied by Jaques of London

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of similar value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so. The winner may not be informed of this before delivery and returning for a different selected product is not an option.

This promotional competition is not for resale, is non-refundable and non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. No cash refunds can be given under any circumstances.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Administrative

Campaign for Learning accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure.

The winner will be contacted by Jaques of London via the email they entered on the entry form.

Jaques of London will ask for the winner’s full postal address and telephone number in order to have the prize sent. The winner will have 48 hours to reply in order to claim their prize. If Jaques of London do not receive correspondence within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen at random.

Please allow standard delivery time of 3-5 working days for delivery of your prize. If unforeseen circumstances occur and results in a delay of delivery, you will be informed by Jaques of London.

The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Privacy Statement

Who we are: Campaign for Learning is the data controller and responsible for your personal information.

What information we collect and why: We collect your name and email address when you submit the competition entry form to administer the competition; to select a winner; and to send out the prize.

If you fail to provide your personal information, we will not be able to perform the contract we have entered into with you in relation to the competition.

Who we share your information with: Campaign for Learning will share your personal information with Jaques of London.  Jaques of London will initially receive a code (which will not include name or email address) representing each entrant, from which they will randomly select the winner of the competition.  Once selected, Campaign for Learning will share the winner's name and email address with Jaques of London, allowing them to contact the winner to collect their postal address in order to ensure that the prize is delivered to them.

Our lawful basis: We have a lawful ground for processing your personal information for the above purpose because the processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you in relation to the competition. We will only send you marketing communications if you have given us your consent to do so.

International transfers: We do not transfer your personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Retention period: Unless you have consented to receiving marketing communications from Campaign for Learning, we will only retain your personal information for 7 calendar days after the winner has been notified. After this period, we will securely delete your information from our systems unless we are otherwise required to retain it for a longer period under applicable law.

Marketing communications: If you have consented to receiving marketing communications from Campaign for Learning or Jaques of London, they may contact you with information about their news, events, products and services as indicated by your preferences. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive marketing at any time by 'unsubscribing' from any email from Campaign for Learning or Jaques of London.

Your rights: Under data protection law, you have the right to request a copy of your personal information that we process. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to:

  • request that we correct, transfer or erase your personal information;
  • restrict the processing of your personal information; or
  • object to our processing of your personal information.
