Parents and carers in Scotland, join us for fun, practical and interesting ways to talk about money with your family.

Children's money habits start to be formed before the age of 7 and as a parent and carer, you have a crucial role in shaping your kids understanding of money. Learn how to turn pester power in to parent power with this free and fun workshop!

Talk, Learn, Do is a free, 2 hour online session to help you talk to your 3-11 year olds about money in a fun, age-appropriate way (which may involve aliens!).

You can join us on one of our four free workshops in September - follow the links for more details and to book or see below.

What will we do at the Talk, Learn, Do session?

In this fun, interactive online session you'll:

  • receive fun, flexible ideas on chatting about money in a positive way
  • build confidence in dealing with 'pester power' and pocket money
  • explore practical ways to explain household budgets to your children
  • gain ideas to make shopping trips less stressful!

All parents and carers will be provided with a free handbook that offers ideas on simple things you can do with your children at different ages to support their understanding of money.

All attendees will be invited to complete an evaluation form before the event and to provide their contact details to be sent an evaluation form 2 months after the event. We would really appreciate your thoughts and feedback on the workshop and activities. You will receive a £10 Love 2 Shop voucher* as a thank you for your time, once you have completed both surveys.
