Many organisations across all sectors are delivering products and services using 'Agile'. But what does it mean and how can it benefit your organisation?

Join Sukie Kang, Lean-Agile transformation consultant, trainer and coach for this one day workshop where you will explore:

  • Why organisations are moving away from traditional approaches such as Prince 2 and the Gantt chart to Agile ways of working - and the key differences
  • What it means to be called a ‘learning organisation’ from an Agile perspective
  • The underlying principles and the day to day practices of Agile and Lean
  • What terms such as ‘sprint’, ‘fail-fast’ and ‘backlog’ mean in practice
  • How Agile ways of working can be used by everyone in the organisation to improve customer and client outcomes; including the development of products and services for your own internal audiences and external customers
  • The cultural change and mindshift that Agile enables, the impact on the organisation and how business functions such as L&D and HR might respond.

You will examine these topics and more through group exercises, videos and discussion. There will also be an opportunity for ‘Open Space’ afterwards to share ideas and answer questions.

Who will benefit from attending?

This workshop provides an introduction to Agile and Lean principles and is suitable for colleagues who want to gain a sound understanding of these, their benefits and how they can be used in practice.
