This session will share good practise examples, resources and tips on how to improve your engagement with Gypsy and Traveller people and other populations experiencing education inequalities to influence and create change.

The workshop provides attendees with:

  • an overview of Gypsy and Traveller communities
  • an understanding of barriers that Gypsy and Traveller communities face accessing learning and how these can be addressed
  • tools and resources to support effective recruitment and retainment strategies
