Family Learning Networks / Partnerships / Forums / Groups: Do they make a difference?

Take part in the National Family Learning Network survey and you could win a box full of fantastic prizes. There is over £1,500 worth of goodies up for grabs!!

As a valued National Family Learning Network member we are keen to seek your views and gain feedback. The feedback you provide will enable the NFLN to respond with development of services and resources that meet the needs of FL practitioners and local and regional FL networks

Please download the survey document below. It should only take you a few minutes to complete this survey as most questions are yes / no or tick boxes. Each section of the survey provides extra space for your optional feedback and comments. To download right click and select save.


The survey is divided into 5 colour coded sections: -
Section 1 – Conferences and Events
Section 2 – Website
Section 3 – Newsletter
Section 4 – Funding Directory
Section 5 – Your Family Learning Networks
Please complete the sections that apply to you.

Each completed and returned section will provide you with FREE entry into a prize draw: The more sections you answer the more chances you have of winning one of the fantastic prizes.

Completed forms must be returned by 12 noon on 12th May 2006.

The prize draw will take place on 24th May 2006. Winners will be contacted during the first week of June. Information on prize winners will be posted on the NFLN website. Prizes will be awarded to winners at the summer NFLN conference.
