About the workshop
Learning campaigns and events are a great way of raising the profile of learning and development in the workplace – but they can be so much more than that. Used strategically, they can help towards addressing a range of business problems and issues, and contribute to behaviour change.
Starting with a business issue or challenge, the workshop will take you through the approaches and steps you can use to design a learning campaign that is solution-focused, engaging and creative, and supports your long-term learning and development plans. It draws on tried and tested marketing techniques and emerging disciplines such as content strategy, and looks at inspirational and successful learning campaigns that companies have delivered.
