Want to know more?
Firstly, our support is totally free. Secondly, it is designed to cause only very minimal (if any) disruption to the busy running of the store. In fact, at the heart of the project is the principle that Live Long & Prosper activities should become an integral part of the working day for all staff. What is more, you’ll notice the difference in terms of the energy and motivation of your staff, which can only have a positive effect on your customers.
We will show you how, by running bite-sized learning activities for your employees: at lunchtime, before or after work, or at any time to suit you. Then it’s over to you, the employer. We will train the store manager, a section manager, a Union Rep or any other member of your workforce to become a Live Long & Prosper advocate. This person will then take the lead in promoting Live Long & Prosper in your store: running the 20-minute activities for employees themselves, and making it part of your workplace culture. We can also work with you to embed the principles of Live Long & Prosper into your Training Plan or Induction process for staff. Our Live Long & Prosper Employer Toolkit and training conferences will guide you through. For more information, click here.

When we hear the word ‘retirement’, it is only natural to associate it with our twilight years. However, Live Long & Prosper is particularly aimed at the young people and women in your workforce, as well as the over 50s. All of the activities we have written are work-based, fun and flexible – and are designed to leave a lasting impression. For more of the thinking behind the project, and the ‘business benefits’, click here.
Before reading on, and discovering how to run your own Live Long & Prosper events, you may wish to visit our Learning Pages, and find out more about retirement planning and how to be fit and healthy in the workplace, yourself. If you happen to have a Learning Centre or internet access in your store, encourage staff to visit this section of the website.
