Overview
The aim of the Live Long & Prosper project is to support retail and health employers to develop employees who are physically, mentally and financially fit for both work and later, for retirement.
We can help your employees to:

understand the key financial decisions that need to be made in order to live out a dream retirement, including budgeting, understanding tax and pensions, workplace finance and other numeracy skills that will help your employees function better in the workplace

address their physical and emotional well-being - for now and for their future - by looking at how to alleviate stress, the impact that food and snacking has on well-being, and how physical activity can become an integral part of the working day.
We will run bitesize activities in your workplace, and then train you to deliver further activities yourself. We will then spend some time looking at how the Live Long & Prosper approach can become an integral part of your workplace culture, linked to:
