Family Learning Festival (FLF) is an ideal opportunity to highlight the services you offer to thousands of organisations working with families across England. 76% of organisations that ran FLF event did so in partnership with other organisations such as providers of learning, entertainment and resources.

Other highlights from 2008 include:

  • Over 3000 events took place across the country

  • An estimated 300,000 family members take part each year

  • The Big Picture Party flagship was run in partnership with Booktrust and the Campaign for Drawing

  • Quentin Blake launched the event, which included contributions by top illustrators and authors for children including Polly Dunbar and Nick Sharratt. Big Picture Party events took place all over the country to support reading and literacy

  • FLF featured in the Guardian and Telegraph as well as Primary Times, The Family Grapevine and Under 5

  • High profile organisations took part from the British Library to Argos to the V&A museum

By being part of this national campaign you reach a huge family audience and can benefit from publicity and activities at a national and local level. Also you will be helping a charitable organisation support disadvantaged families or families at risk of social exclusion
