The role of RDAs in the work of the Skills Funding Agency

East Midlands Airport
Castle Donington
Derby
DE74 2SA

08 March 2010

Time: 11am - 1pm
Cost: £99 plus VAT - 10% discount for members of our friends scheme

The Department for Business, Innovation, and Skills is both responsible for RDAs and the forthcoming SFA. This policy event will examine the specific role of RDAs in the work of the SFA in England. A critical issue to be debated will regard the 8 non-London RDAs and the extent of their power of direction over the SFA for adult skills. These and other issues will be considered by this event.

We are delighted that Sally Bassett, Skills Development Manager, East Midlands Development Agency will be joining us to discuss the issues. The event will be chaired by Tricia Hartley, Chief Executive of the Campaign for Learning. Delegates will have plenty of opportunities to discuss the issues and ask questions.
