This event will look at the proposal for a pupil premium for 11 year olds, including how it will operate, how it will be managed, and how it will be funded. It will also look at the implications for 14-15 further education and whether such a premium should extended to 16-19 year olds, including in 16-19 FE.

Sam Freedman, Head of Education at Policy Exchange, will make an opening presentation. Mark Corney, Policy Adviser to the Campaign will act as respondent.
