The scheme will be introduced in September and will be woven into plans for raising the participation age and the plans for a compulsory citizenship studies in the 14-16 curriculum.

This event will examine the issues of implementing such a scheme and the impact it will have on the 14-19 phase and the raising of the participation age.

Jayne Hathway of 2QAB CIC; and Michael Phillips, Student Programme Manager at Barnado's. Mark Corney, Policy Adviser to the Campaign, will discuss the issues for raising the participation age.
