| Marketing Learning to your Employees: Based on the Campaign for Learning’s highly successful Marketing Learning books, this workshop will show you how to develop, promote and deliver learning opportunities that work for your target audiences. The workshop will cover: Identifying the needs of the people you want to reach – and their preferences in how they receive it Developing learning opportunities that work for your audience Communicating effectively with your learners – using AIDA (the technique, not the opera!) Evaluating if the learning did what it was supposed to do (and if not, why not) The workshop is applicable to all sectors and providers and is particularly aimed at those without a marketing background. | ||||||||||
