How do we raise the bar and help ourselves and other teachers become ‘excellent’? This workshop will look at the changes teachers need to make to create excellent LEARNING and demonstrate coaching processes to achieve outstanding results.

Objectives
- At the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Know how teaching and learning will need to change with our changing world
- Debate various new models for delivering excellent learning for the changing curriculum
- Use an effective coaching method to help teachers develop the skills required
- See examples of materials and resources to use back at school
- Develop an action plan for moving your school forward and implementing SEAL

Jackie Beere OBE: School Improvement Partner, former Headteacher and AST, Jackie has worked for ten years transforming learning and implementing learning to learn in school settings. She has written several books and articles, the latest being ‘The Learners Toolkit’ which is a book of over 50 practical lessons in developing students as effective learners.
