Jon Gamble, the LSC’s Director for Adults and Lifelong Learning, will offer an overview of the broad strategy and direction of adult learning. Andrew Lambe, the LSC's Senior Policy Manager: Foundation Learning Tier, will then focus on Progression Pathways within the Foundation Learning Tier being the primary mainstream offer.

Tricia Hartley, Chief Exectuive of the Campaign will then offer our perspective on the role of informal learning in this area.
