Learning at Work Day evaluation 2009
This year, we have commissioned an independent organisation, CFE, to conduct the annual Learning at Work Day survey on behalf of the Campaign for Learning and NIACE. It is important that we hear your views, as either an employee, workplace learning organiser or employer; whether you are currently engaged in learning at work activities such as Learning at Work Day or not. It will help us to understand the impact of initiatives such as Learning at Work Day, tailor the support we offer and, more broadly, help us to inform policy and practice for adult learning related to the workplace.
You and your colleagues can take part in the survey online at www.cfe.org.uk/learningatworkday If you cannot access the survey online, please contact James Wright, on 020 7766 0014 or by email jhwright@cflearning.org.uk for a paper version. The survey will only take 5-10 minutes to complete
If you take part in the survey, your contact details will be entered into a prize draw to receive an ipod nano and a Learning at Work CD (worth £95). The prize draw will take place on the 28th August 2009 and the winner will be informed on this date, either by telephone or by e-mail.
In addition to being entered into the prize draw we can also offer your organisation:
· A summary of the final report which will allow you/your employer to benchmark your organisation’s activities against other respondents
· A discounted place for the Autumn conference, which will feature the results of the report
· 10 copies of the forthcoming booklet What’s my style?’ – a handbook to support individuals to be more effective learners (available in July)
All information given to us in the survey will be treated in confidence and individual responses will remain anonymous in the report.
It is important to get as many views and experiences as possible so if you are an employer or workplace learning organiser, we would appreciate if you could pass on this survey to employees, so they can also take part. The deadline for completing this survey is 24th July 2009.
Many thanks in anticipation of your help.
