The BIG LEARN competition terms and conditions
1. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the clauses below will result in disqualification.
2. This competition is being run and promoted by Campaign for Learning (CfL) and sponsored by Reed Learning.
3. Employees, officers, representatives and agents (and their relatives or members of their household) of CfL and Reed Learning are not eligible to enter this competition. Entrants must be UK resident and over 18 years old. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. Only one entry per person is permitted. cash alternative is available.
5. The closing date for entries is 5.00pm on 30 April 2008. Late entries, for whatever reason, will not be accepted.
6. Winners will be selected at random in a prize draw process by CfL. CfL ‘s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be notified by CfL, by email or phone, no later than 22 May 2007.
8. Only winners will be notified. Failure to claim a prize within the time limit or in the manner specified will render any claim invalid.
9. CfL does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, ineligible or fraudulent entries or claims.
10. Prizes will be administered by Reed Learning. Prizes cannot be changed, deferred or transferred. No cash alternative is available.
11. By entering this competition you have agreed to receive mailings by post from the CfL and Reed Learning. Only the winners will be contacted by CfL via e-mail or telephone. Only those entrants that have opted in to receive details of special offers will be contacted by Reed Learning via e-mail.
12. CfL and Reed Learning reserve the right to publicise this competition, the results and the winners. By entering this competition, you agree to your name and image being published and to co-operate with CfL for publicity purposes.
13. CfL and Reed Learning reserve the right to terminate, suspend or alter the nature of this competition at any time without prior notice.
14. CfL reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant or claimant whose conduct is contrary to the interests of CfL or Reed Learning.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. The decisions of CfL and Reed Learning on all matters in relation to this competition shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
