Learning at Work Day is your chance to try something new. It could help you:

Research shows that people that learn throughout their lives are more likely to be happier, healthier, have better jobs, contribute more to society and live longer and more fulfilled lives.

To take part in Learning at Work Day you can:

- Find out if your workplace are holding activities for the day - if not use our business benefits to persuade your manager of the rewards of taking part and then look at our online information and resources to help you run an activity in your workplace.

- Do some learning yourself. Use your break to try something new . Click on the links on the left or below to get started.
