This year, the Campaign for Learning is particularly highlighting the support available to help you build on Learning at Work Day to ensure your business stays fit for now and the future.
A key service is Train to Gain, which has been set up to help organisations choose the right training they need to succeed.
The service offers:

Advice on getting the best value for money from training investments by identifying and recommending any available funding, and finding the best way for your organisation to pay for the training.
Funding support through Train to Gain (for eligible organisations)
As well as helping organisations to access other sources of funding, the Train to Gain services provides some funding itself, including:

Free training to help employees gain a first full Level 2 qualification

The possibility of a contribution to wage costs for companies with less than 50 employees to cover the cost of time spent in training.
