Right to Request Time to Train
Time to Train? Time to Talk!
The right to request time to train came into operation in the UK in April 2010. This important legal right allows employees in businesses with 250 or more staff to ask for time to train for accredited and unaccredited training to help them develop skills relevant to their job, workplace or business. The implementation of the right in firms of 249 employees and under will not take place following a announcement by the Government.
