National Workplace Learning Network Home
Workplace learning is invaluable for both the personal and professional development of employees and also has a strong positive impact on the success of any business, whether in the public, private or voluntary sector.
Imagine how easy it would be to respond to change if everyone was motivated; happy to learn new skills and share them with their colleagues; had the confidence to put forward suggestions as to how you might improve…? Learning opens up a world of opportunity, something that’s a real asset in today’s global society.
The National Workplace Learning Network unlocks the door, all you have to do is step through – share knowledge, download ideas, pick up tips, and call on the expertise of likeminded organisations and individuals.
The Network is FREE to join and offers those involved in workplace learning around the country a whole host of opportunities to develop their agenda and meet objectives.
Why work in isolation or ‘reinvent the wheel’ when the Network can give you access to other organisations and individuals who are trying to reach the same goals? Perhaps you want to set up a workplace learning centre; get involved in National Learning at Work Day; need to tackle Skills for Life issues within the organisation; measure the impact of learning; or are starting from scratch and need in-roads to getting underway - there’s no limit to the exchange on workplace learning that can take place through the Network. The Network is your voice in the world of learning in the workplace so join today to start posting on bulletin board; logging your profile, or searching others’, on the expertise exchange; or downloading for resources, ideas and research findings.
To access all areas of the Network you will first need to register as a member. The simplest way to do this is to log into the grey box on the bottom left of this page that says 'Join the Network'. If you are already a member please go to the 'Log in' box to access all areas of the site.
